Nautical Maintenance Technician - Composite & Paint Specialist (M/F)

The station
We are looking for a technician with expertise in composites and painting, capable of working on:
Refurbishment of hulls, decks, parts, and superstructures
Creation or repair of parts in composite, polyester or epoxy
Finishing work, sanding, painting, gelcoat, etc.
Versatile interventions: small repairs, deck hardware, onboard electrical systems, etc.
This position is aimed at a jack-of-all-trades profile who enjoys adapting and taking on technical challenges. You will work at the heart of boats undergoing transformation, and your expertise will have a real impact on the final quality and customer satisfaction.
